Five choice of fresh brewed coffee and full line of espresso drinks; espresso, lattes, cappucinos, mochas. We purchase all of our coffee and receive it in weekly shipments to ensure freshness from Alakef Coffee in Duluth Minnesota, a small batch roaster specializing in organically grown and Fair Trade coffees.
		We offer harbal, green or black teas hot or iced, which we purchase in bulk from three different specialty tea houses. Our chai tea is made in-house from our own recipe. Tea has become more popular over the past few years and we strive to provide out customers with a high quality dynamic selection.
		We carry a wide variety of cold beverages that we've selected based on their quality, uniqueness and availability in glass bottles. Thses unclude fruits juices from Natucket Nectar, sparkling fruit juices from Izze, Jolt Cola, Bubble Up and Sprecher's Root beer, among others.
		Our extensive soupe repertoire has become very popular with our customers. The mainly vegetarian and vegan soups range from the more familiar Creamy Potato Herb, Minestrone and Split Pea to the more uncommon Peanut, Celery Roquefort and Green Olive. All of our soups are made in-house with fresh, organically and locally grown ingredients when possible, and planned to reflect the season's bounties.
		Our wide selection of mostly vegetarian and vegan salads are made fresh in-house using organically and locally grown ingredients whenever possible. We plan our salad menu to take full advantage of the seasonal vegetables available in the area.
		Our customers can choose one of our specialty sandwiches made on one of our house-made breads. Our signature sandwich is the Greek Veggie on Focaccia. Others include a hummus veggie, or Hum-Vee, a curried chicken salad and Italian salami. Our regular sandwich bread is organic and purchased from Renaissance Bakery in Galesville, Wisconsin.
		We bake on-site from scratch; muffins, scones, cookies, quick breads, brownies, bars, cakes, cheesecakes and breads. We use organically grown ingredients in all of our recipes whenever possible and bake small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
